Concerning several cases of programs encouraging their listeners and viewers to "use premium services in the context of competitions broadcast on the air," Arcom reacted to several radio and television publishers, according to their website. This decision from September 21, 2022, published on January 17, was taken after reviewing the programs Les Grandes Gueules, N’oubliez pas les paroles, Affaire conclue, Les 12 Coups de midi, Petits Plats en équilibre and Pékin Express : Duos de choc, respectively broadcast from March 7 to April 1, 2022, May 9, 2022 and September 21, 2022.

The Authority warned RMC for not having informed its auditors about the cost of a competition. At the same time, it informed TF1, France 2 and M6 of the breaches noted by mail, reminding them at the same time of their obligations of clarity and transparency. Arcom also sent a letter to all radio and television publishers to remind them of "the regulations applicable to audiovisual and radio competitions comprising an incentive to use premium services."
