Culture Pass: the extension to 6th and 5th grades published in the "JO"

The decree of June 7, 2023 relating to the extension of the Culture pass to 6th and 5th grades was published in the Journal officiel of June 8 for entry into force from September 2023. This extension allows the Culture pass to now apply to all middle and high school classes.

It concerns the collective part of the “Culture pass” which is exclusively dedicated to the financing of artistic and cultural education activities carried out in groups and supervised by teachers. Its amount is fixed, for each establishment, in proportion to the number of pupils enrolled in each level of education concerned, starting from a fixed amount per pupil of 20 to 30 euros.

The collective share previously concerned any student enrolled in 4th and 3rd grade in a public or private college under contract, as well as any student enrolled in a certificate of professional aptitude under school status or in second, first or final class in a high school. public or private under contract.
