The Canadian film composer Howard Shore will give a "Music lesson" during the Cannes Film Festival (May 16 to 27) said Sacem, organizer of the meeting, Wednesday April 19. Throughout his career, the composer has collaborated with many directors: David Cronenberg (Chromosome 3), Martin Scorsese (After Hours, Gangs of New York, The Aviator, The Departed and Hugo Cabret), Jonathan Demme (Silence of the Lambs, Philadelphia), David Fincher (Seven, The Game, Panic Room), Tim Burton (Ed Wood), but also Peter Jackson (The Lord of the Rings).
